California Defective Products Laws
Defective products or product liability are laws involving individuals
who are injured from the use of or exposure to a product - whether
household, commercial or industrial. manufacturer or seller. California law requires the Judge to look at
whether a product was "defective" at the time it was sold by the
manufacturer or seller. At all times, the product is supposed to be
safe for its intended use.
A product can be defective if it is improperly designed, improperly manufactured or does not come equipped with adequate warnings.
